Red's Toy Shop wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. We know that buying products over the internet presents a unique shopping experience, thus we make it exceptionally easy for you to shop online.
If you are unhappy with your item for any reason, you can return or exchange it within 60 days provided that you send us the original item purchased from Red's Toy Shop and that the item does not show excessive wear.
We inspect each item when it is returned. In case of damaged products we will provide you with a replacement, and any return shipping if required.
Please include your packing invoice with your return. We also recommend that you choose to track the parcel.
If package is refused or undelivered because of purchaser error or refused delivery, we do charge a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price. This fee helps us to recover the cost of processing, shipping, and then re-stocking the items. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original method of payment.
