Return and Exchange Policy

Reds Toy Shop carries exceptional toys and gifts.  If you are unhappy with your item, you can return or exchange it within 45 days. All returns must be in the original, factory-sealed packaging in the same condition that they were received. Products that have been opened, tampered with, played with or altered will not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturer's defect. We inspect each item when it is returned. Refund will be issued based on our finding. We reserve to right to not issue a refund if the refund guidelines have not been met. We are unable to refund shipping costs. Please include your packing invoice with your return. We also recommend that you choose to track the parcel.  If package is refused or undelivered because of purchaser error or refused delivery, we do charge a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price. This fee helps us to recover the cost of processing, shipping, and then re-stocking the items. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original method of payment.   Holiday Return Policy 
 Items shipped between November 1 and December 31, may be returned until End of February of the following Year, for a full refund, subject to our return guidelines.
